Refund and Return Criteria
We value your trust. Given the nature of consumable wellness products, our policy is clear and straightforward.

| Return Window | You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. |
| Eligibility for Return | Returns/Replacements are accepted ONLY if the item is: Damaged, Leaked, Incorrect Product Received, or Missing. |
| Reporting Time | You must notify us of any damage or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. |
| Proof Required | Clear photos/videos of the damage and your Order ID are mandatory for processing. |
| Non-Returnable Items | We do not accept returns for Opened, Used, or Tampered products, Sale items, or Gift Cards. Health consumables cannot be restocked once opened. |
| Refund Process | If approved, refunds are automatically processed to your Original Payment Method within 10 business days. |
| Order Cancellation | Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Cancellations are not permitted once the order is shipped. |
