Refund and Return Criteria

We value your trust. Given the nature of consumable wellness products, our policy is clear and straightforward.

Return Window	You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return	Returns/Replacements are accepted ONLY if the item is: Damaged, Leaked, Incorrect Product Received, or Missing.
Reporting Time	You must notify us of any damage or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required	Clear photos/videos of the damage and your Order ID are mandatory for processing.
Non-Returnable Items	We do not accept returns for Opened, Used, or Tampered products, Sale items, or Gift Cards. Health consumables cannot be restocked once opened.
Refund Process	If approved, refunds are automatically processed to your Original Payment Method within 10 business days.
Order Cancellation	Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Cancellations are not permitted once the order is shipped.
